Initial Consultation
Initial consultations are 60 minutes and involve a full case history and initial health assessment, to provide a baseline analysis of your current health status. Based on your health history and symptoms, I may refer you for blood and/or functional medicine tests, to determine if you have any nutritional deficiencies, digestive issues, hormonal dysregulations, inflammation, or intolerances. I will develop a treatment plan specific to these results or your health concerns, which may include dietary, supplementation and lifestyle recommendations.
60-minute initial consultations: $150AUD
Return Consultation
Return consultations are 30 minutes, and will involve an explanation of your test results, a discussion of your personalised treatment plan and/or the progress of your health concern, symptoms or goals.
30-minute follow up consultation: $70AUD
This is for return clients who wish to discuss elements of their treatment plan such as supplementation or diet, without having to book in for a full follow-up consult.
10-minute acute consultation: $20AUD
Free Discovery Call
Discovery call sessions are for new clients only. This is a 15-minute appointment for you to briefly discuss your health concerns with me, so that you can get a feel for me and whether I am the right practitioner for you.
